Shopping Basics

Domestic

We ship from our headquarters in California on business days, Monday-Friday, 7am to 5pm. We do not ship on holidays.

The following shipping options are available for U.S. orders:

  • USPS Ground (2-7 business days in the contiguous U.S. Delivery Monday – Saturday. It may take additional time for packages to ship outside of the contiguous U.S.)

Please Note: Orders placed after 11:00 am PST will begin processing the following business day. No weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING
Most items are shipped within 4-7 full business days except where otherwise noted. Shipping restrictions may apply.

RETURNS
Online purchases are eligible to be returned for full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. In order to process your return, items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for a return, refund or credit.

International

Yes, Nurse 4Ever Ships Internationally. The following shipping options are available for International orders:

  • USPS First Class Package International (1-4+ weeks. USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both. Shipping to P.O. boxes unavailable with this option)

For all deliveries outside of the United States, in addition to appropriate international shipping charges, you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase, if any. By placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges, as applicable.

Packages may take 7-28 business days (or more depending on customs) to reach their final destination. For all deliveries outside of the US, in addition to appropriate international shipping charges, you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase, if any. By placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges, as applicable.

Rates

Within the US, all orders under $99 are charged a flat rate starting at $10. US orders over $99 ship for free within the continental US! Outside of the US, shipping rates are based on the shipping method chosen. You will find the shipping rates available for your order after providing your shipping address during the checkout process.


Returns & Exchange

  • Log in to My Account
  • Go to My Orders
  • Under Actions, select Refund
  • In the Order’s Product Refund Request Form, select the item(s) you are returning and why.
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

Items approved for a refund must be returned to:

Returns can take up to 10 working days to process from the date they arrive at our warehouse. As soon as it has been processed you will receive a notification email.

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Unwashed and unworn and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Discounted items (if applicable)

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers – dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly! If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us with in 3 days of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away!

Yes, we allow the exchange of purchased items. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

How to exchange a product:

  • Log in to My Account
  • Go to My Orders
  • Under Actions, select Exchange
  • In the Order’s Product Exchange Request Form, select the item(s) you are exchanging and why.
  • Click on the black bar/button to Choose Product For Exchange. You may choose any product of less, equal or higher value.
  • Once you have clicked Exchange a View Order button will appear. Click View Order to review and confirm. For items chosen of higher value, you will be prompted to pay the extra amount.
  • Click Submit Request
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 – 7 working days after approval.
