Out of a basement in Los Angeles CA. Nurse 4ever began in the early stages of the Pandemic. Due to a shortage of masks at a hospital where she worked, the need to protect herself and fellow nurses was vital for our co-founder Yesenia Kurianski, a Registered Nurse. After searching to purchase protective masks, to her surprise she found none available. Yesenia took action to create and sew a high filtering mask with the help of her husband and co-founder Stan Kurianski, a designer.
After much research, textile and filter experiments, along with many prototypes, an effective face mask was born. Nurse 4ever’s Particle Face Mask, was created around 3 foundations – protection, design and comfort. It was the beginning of the journey.
The face masks were a huge success. Afterwards, Nurse 4ever recognized that nurses world wide deserved to be appreciated and honored for standing tall on the front lines during the pandemic. The goal was simple — Identify the Nurses in our Society. Nurse 4ever took it a step further and created a quality lifestyle apparel brand that celebrates nurses.
